My Healthy Genes
A personalized, DNA-precise health program to enhance cognition, feel healthier, and live happier than you have in years.
By using genetics and biomarkers, we’ll create your personal nutritional biochemistry plan to optimize your brain and health.
This could be the support you’ve been looking for if you:
Are 40 and older, experiencing all the symptoms of aging - brain fog, memory loss, sleep problems, fatigue, low energy, digestive issues, and chronic pain - and want to feel healthier and happier
Have noticed memory loss or cognitive decline and want to heighten cognition and protect your brain
Have a family history of brain disorder, dementia or Alzheimer's and want to identify, prevent, or reverse any symptoms you have now
Are living a healthy life but can’t seem to get to a consistent feeling of energy, good sleep and vitality
Your brain and spinal cord are connected to every system in the body so when they are balanced everything in your body and mind will function better. Neuroscience shows that when you focus on brain health, you improve your overall health and longevity.
The biological changes that lead us to become wrinkled and gray also open the door to dementia and cognitive decline. And current science has shown that they are preventable and reversible.
Many women mistakenly blame aging symptoms during perimenopause and menopause on hormone changes but there is clear science linking genetics and biomarkers to reverse or eliminate symptoms and create improved health.
We’ve watched family members lose their minds to dementia and Alzheimers, and believe it will be our path as well. Clinical trials now show cognitive decline and Alzheimer's can be prevented as well as reversed.
What most of us believe about aging and brain health is outdated and harming us.
The truth is that ‘getting older’ can actually be positive, so we can live happier lives with enhanced memory and increased energy.
My Healthy Genes is your personal invitation to:
Support your body based on your genetic makeup with a personalized DNA-precise nutrition program
A simple, manageable, science-based, non-medical approach that is easy to integrate into your daily routine
Disease identification and prevention before symptoms start, especially with Alzheimer's
Reduce, or eliminate, the trial and error of figuring out what doesn’t work
My Healthy Genes is a 9-month program that includes:
Initial intake and evaluation
Comprehensive lab work, genetic testing and other customized evaluations as needed
Personalized evaluation and custom plan
Monthly consults where we review progress, make adjustments, and schedule and review follow-up lab work
A sample timeline looks like this for many people, but will be customized depending on your health markers and severity of cognitive decline:
Week 1 - Initial consultation and health review, schedule lab work and tests
Week 2 - begin detox and cleanse
Week 3 - Receive lab work and genetic test results, prepare evaluation, and plan
Week 4 - Personal consult to review results and begin the plan
Followed by monthly consults for 8 months
